It was considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. They built a large powerful army, developed strong war tactics, and conquered other cities. They had a well organized government. People to Meet Nebuchadnezzar – he was the king of the Chaldeans

What major contributions did the Chaldean Empire make? It built a magnificent city featuring the hanging Gardens of Babylon. It was a center of science. The Chaldeans made one the first sundials and were the first to have a seven day-week. They built religious temples and a city wall.
