We can reposition it using the Format Legend command. Right click on the legend and select Format Legend from the popup menu.

First, clear the legend from the chart. Second, to add labels to the slices, right click on the chart and select Chart Options from the popup menu.

Second, mark the check box for Category name to add Males and Females as labels. Third, mark the check box for Percentage to add the percent of cases in each slice to the labels. Fourth, accept the default check box for Show leader lines to include connecting lines when the a label is far away from the slice. Fifth, click on the OK button to close the dialog box.
