5. JULY 20 TH 1969 People all over the world were glued to the television o witness an historical moment Man Landing on the Moon. This mission was lead my commander Neil Armstrong (First man on moon) who lead his team Michael Collins and Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr. to the moon and to the history books. The Astronauts explored the moons surface and also bought back two samples containing surface material. This mission was the most successful of its kind and the dream of president John F Kennedy was fulfilled. "I believe that this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal, before this decade is out, of landing a man on the Moon and returning him safely to the Earth."
