Extras do not need to be returned. See the “Guidelines for Handling Nonscorable Materials” on page 64 of the District and Test Site Coordinator Manual for more information on nonscorable materials, including:  Materials that must be securely destroyed  Materials to be marked as “Void”  Materials that you may discard
