8 most of the visitors at Ocean Park were tourists from mainland China a group of tourists every one minute one group of tourists coming within every ten minutes convenient transport could attract tourists Our observation at the entrance of Ocean Park

12 In Hong Kong Disneyland, There are too few guides for too many visitors and there are not enough instructors. Therefore, visitors cannot understand the directions given by unclear tour guides. Videos

13 Due to Hong Kong Disneyland’s poor ticketing arrangement, a lot of visitors couldn’t enter the park. Ocean Park offers special activities and services for wedding.

15 to start the construction of a theme park in Shanghai in 2008 Shanghai has high population and rapid economic development residents of the cities or provinces near Shanghai may prefer going to Shanghai Disneyland significantly affect the theme parks in Hong Kong,esp. Hong Kong Disneyland.

22 Our Feelings After the interviews in both theme parks, we learned many talking skills and knew how to communicate with tourists. They were great experiences for us. And we became more confident in speaking English.Thanks for everyone who helped us, esp. Mrs Lee.
