Most Federal funds, based on specific formulas, flow at each level from the United States Department of Education (USDE) to the Idaho State Department of Education (SDE). The SDE then uses funding formulas to provide funds to Local Education Entities (LEAs) which then determine which eligible schools will receive funds and which private schools are eligible to receive services using allowable funds. How do I get access to the GFSGA?” Answer: “In order to start/modify the CFSGA, you must have a “CFSGA Role” assigned to you by the district’s Superintendent or Tech Director within the ISEE portal. Please be sure that you have the appropriate access to begin working in the CFSGA. If you log-in to the CFSGA and can’t see the district’s allocations then you don’t have the appropriate access.
