Study visits of the working group to the EU Universities -3 study visits (to Germany – combined trip to Saarbruecken and Hamburg????, and Valencia) -8 Russian participants (2 of each RU institutions) + respective involvement of EU partners -Outcome: trip reports Month 6-12 (June-December) Material gathering in Russia and Recommendation Paper writing -Working group meeting (location??, June-July???) -Material gathering (short site-view trip are possible) -Hard deadline for the document delivery – December 15

Target group: heads of IT services, vice-rectors for NIT, representatives of selected national projects, etc. Scope: 1-2 days, 30-40 participants Speakers: ICT4UM working group – cases gathered through the project, selected Russian “success stories”, representatives of funding agencies.

Month 9 - 11 (September - November 2008) Training workshop for multipliers (IWi, IMC, EURICE – facilitator) In-depth presentations of selected methodologies and solutions (tailored to potential uptakers) Scope 1-2 days, 10-12 Russian specialists Requirements: practical experience in installation and maintenance of complex CAMS, knowledge of environments in partner Universities, ability to communicate in English Purchase of ARIS licences Potentially: invitation of a representative of LETI (the Russian University which is using SAP solution)

Informika) Month 06 - 12 (June – December 2008) Setting up the Centre -Selection/recruitment of 2 staff members, initial training, if needed -Setting up the office incl. equipment installation -Converting the project’s website into the Centre’s website -Promotion (via Informika’s mailing lists, on the website, at events,…) Workplan (activities)
