4 How much physical activity do you need every day ? Try to do at least one hour of Physical Activity every day. But more is even better !

5 Health benefits of being active Improves your health Helps you do better in school Improves your fitness Strengthens your heart, bones and muscles Improves your self-confidence Gives you more energy and endurance Helps you maintain a healthy body weight And gives many more benefits …

6 It is up to you to decide what kind of activity you want to do: Do an activity you like to do; bike riding, skating, running, walking, snowboarding, playing in the snow. Walk, bike, rollerblade or skateboard to school, to the park or to a friend ’ s house. Play a sport such as basketball, hockey, soccer, martial arts, swimming, tennis, golf, skiing or snowboarding.

7 Limit your screen time to no more than 2 hours per day This means spending less time doing this :

8 It’s time to get off the Couch !!
