10 D Walters Undulator Systems – BFW Diagnosticsdrw@aps.anl.gov April 30, 2008 BFW Vacuum Chamber Aluminum Coating The difficulty in coating the chambers has been in the tuning of the equipment. The tuning has been completed and the processing of chambers has been started. As of 4/28/08 4 chambers have been processed. It is possible to process as many as 8 chambers per week.

11 D Walters Undulator Systems – BFW Diagnosticsdrw@aps.anl.gov April 30, 2008 Baking of Beam Finder Wire Dedicated Baking Station for the BFW Station has the ability to handle 1 to 3 units simultaneously. First units were baked at 80 deg C since it was assembled first then baked, later units will be baked (150 deg C) and then assembled. Maximum weekly throughput of 6 units
