The tuning has been completed and the processing of chambers has been started. As of 4/28/08 4 chambers have been processed. It is possible to process as many as 8 chambers per week.

First units were baked at 80 deg C since it was assembled first then baked, later units will be baked (150 deg C) and then assembled. Maximum weekly throughput of 6 units
