7 Step Two: Write ONLY THE IMPORANT STUFF: – Ideas and Concepts – Names/Places – Repeated words Change color and size when you think something is especially important. It’s ok to write a repeated word more than once.

8 Before We Start Choose 2 colors from the art supplies on your desk. In the center of your paper, write the word On the back of your paper, write your first and last name and the class period.

9 Now, Listen and Write ONLY THE IMPORANT STUFF: – Ideas and Concepts – Names/Places – Repeated words – Strong words NOTE: Just do your best with spelling.

10 Clean up One partner will take your assignments to the class tray. The other partner will put the art supplies neatly back in the holder.
