15 3. Silver Distributor Meet one of the following criteria: 1.Have a personal group volume of at least 5,000PV 2.Sponsored one person who has achieved a performance bonus of 20% and have a personal group PV of 3,000 or more 3.Sponsored two persons who have achieved a performance bonus of 20%

16 Gold Distributor Meet one of the following criteria: 1.Achieve the Silver Producer qualification for 3 months during a 12 month rolling period.

17 Direct Distributor Meet one of the following criteria: 1.Achieve the Silver Producer qualification for 6 months during a 12 month rolling period. 2.Re-qualification will be based on achieving the same during a calendar year.

18 Direct Distributor As a Direct Distributor: 1.You are considered a leader of your own group 2.Start to qualify for leadership, special bonuses 3.You will be able to order products directly from the company 4.The company will pay the month performance bonus to you directly, whereby you will in turn pay your downlines

19 4. Leadership Bonus 4% bonus of the group volume of the first qualified downline DD, GP or SP 2% for the second qualified DD, GP or SP down the same line

22 5. Emerald Distributor To qualify as an Emerald: A DD must achieve the sales volume of 3 groups, each of which qualifies at the 20% performance bonus level At least 6 months during a rolling 12 months period For re-qualification, the same during a calendar year

23 Emerald Bonus Shared from a pool with all other Emeralds and above Comprise of 1% of the company’s total BV revenue Paid on an annual basis, according to a calendar year Share calculated based on the BV generated by the Emeralds and above, divided by the total BV generated from all Emeralds and above, multiple by 1% of the total BV generated in the company

24 6. Diamond Distributor To qualify as a Diamond: A DD must be an Emerald Bonus recipient and achieve the sales volume of 6 groups, each of which qualifies at the 20% Performance Bonus level At least 6 months during a rolling 12 months period For re-qualification, the same during a calendar year

25 Diamond Bonus Shared from a pool with all other Diamonds Comprise of 1% of the company’s total BV revenue, on top of the Emerald Bonus Paid on an annual basis, according to a calendar year Share calculated based on the BV generated by the Diamonds, divided by the total BV generated from all Diamonds, multiple by 1% of the total BV generated in the company
