4 4 Insight Enterprise Reporting: Insight Production Access New users should request access from their ASOs. Access will be granted following NFC’s standard provisioning process. How to Access Insight: System Access: –Insight application link is accessible through application launch pad on NFC homepage User ID and Password: –Insight user ID is the same as user’s NFC mainframe ID (typed in all caps) –Users should work with their ASOs to complete the Insight access form –After submission of form, NFC’s Access Management Branch will contact users’ ASOs with new passwords –ASOs will distribute passwords to users

5 5 Build 2 Overview Summary Insight’s next release, Build 2, is targeted to launch in Winter 2013. The planned scope of the Build 2 release includes: NFC will be working closely with the Insight Reporting Working Group (RWG) to complete the Build 2 requirements gathering process: Build 2 Scope Enhancements to existing reports and dashboards New data sources (i.e. PMSO, EmpowHR) New reports and dashboards from both existing and new data sources Initial Analysis June 2013 Analysis of Build 1 change requests and new data sources. Requirements Gathering Workshop July 2013 Two-day session. FRD Reviews July/August 2013 One-hour FRD review meetings.
