6 Range of CL Projects across the country  Up to £25m announced almost three years ago –Simplified process, named HCA contacts, clear guidance and support, ongoing engagement with the sector  Programme going well from a standing start –Around £15m allocated across the country (particularly strong in Midlands/SSW), more now in the pipeline through AHGP –Over 20 schemes in contract, most on site  AHP 15-18 now launched –Initial bids in April, then CME

7 NE Community Network  Developed from parties interested in AHP 2011  Reports on progress of AHP funded schemes  Broadened to include wide range of interests – primarily housing  Potential for new housing organisations  Self supporting – spreads good practice and expertise
