Do they undertake peer review or are they editors on specific journals? Do they belong to any peak industry bodies or committees? Have they presented at professional fora or conferences? Do they have specific expertise vital for the project?

What access to expertise or equipment do you have that will ensure the successful progress of the proposal Instil confidence in the reader that this is located in just the right environment – don’t ask them to take a leap of faith
