5 Fibre,vitamins and minerals
They come from fruit and vegetables They are very important Fruit contains lots of vitamin C – it helps your body to fight infections like colds and flu

6 Fat It contains lot of calories It helps your body to keep warm
It helps to process vitamins Fat comes from: meat, oil, butter, milk,nuts…
