Presumption that goods shipped between Community ports have a Community status. Goods are carried under cover of a single transport document drawn up in a Member State. Non-Community goods will be covered by a transit procedure

The information shall be accessible to all customs authorities operating in ports located in the customs territory of the Community. Shall apply from 1 January 2012
