11 Extension and Align of Hours of Operation of Border Post 11 Chapter 3 of the General Annex of the Revised Kyoto Convention Standard 3.1 The Customs shall designate the Customs Offices at which goods may be produced or cleared. In determining the competence of and location of these offices and their hours of business, the factors to be taken into account shall include in particular the requirements of the trade. Standard 3.3 Where Customs offices are located at common border crossing, the Customs administrations shall correlate the business hours and competence of those offices.
