4. 401/29/2002http://apt.stsci.edu/ APT Top Level Infrastructure and GUI  APT has a framework for managing documents and plugging in tools which access shared data within those documents.  APT provides several basic document editing tools: o A Document Browser shows the document elements in a hierarchical view. o A Form Editor provides access to the attributes of a single document element. o A Spreadsheet Editor shows multiple elements in a table format.  APT allows new tools to plug in and share proposal data.
