2 Cold-bending property refers to the ability of standing bend transmutation at normal temperature. If the steel can stand the bend transmutation better, its cold-formed property is excellent. 4 Cold-bending can be achieved by plasticity transmutation in the sinuosity, thus it serves as one of the indexes of plasticity under the static load. The cold-bending test can tell us the degree of the uniformity of the interior tissue and whether there are internal stress and impurities.
