TO IMPROVE THE UNIT RECEIVE PER DAY OF SUZUKI LIPA & SHAW OBJECTIVE : To increase net income output.  SUZUKI SHAW : 7 UR per day per to 9 UR per day (29% increase)  SUZUKI LIPA : 3 UR per day to 5 UR per day (67% increase)  TARGET DATE : June – August 2015  RESPONSIBLE : AGM/SM
