Mekki RadWG meeting – 03/02/2015 1 st year - 2014  Construction of the facility has been finished last year on the 9 th of October  Intensive commissioning period from 10/10/2015 during 1 month  First operation period has been performed from 12/11/2014 to 15/12/2014 (≈ 1 month)  Within this period we made radiation tests for 10 users on 14 different equipment (in parallel)

Mekki RadWG meeting – 03/02/2015 2 nd year - 2015  From 15/12/2014 to about Mid-April 2015 → Winter Shutdown  Dedicated to the upgrade of the facility  If you have any feedbacks to improve CHARM (or the way we make tests)  Please let me know.  From Mid-April to Mid-May 2015 → Commissioning period  From Mid of May up to November 2015 → CHARM operation with users  Strong differences between 2014 and 2015 operation:  Access to the target area will be restricted to maintenance operations  Use of the conveyer to install equipment inside the target chamber  Maximum 2 users per irradiation slots  1 → At the Montrac test location  1 → At a test location using the AVT conveyer
