MISSION Office of Faculty Development To create a supportive environment that facilitates the academic progress of UASOM and JHS faculty members by enhancing faculty teaching, research, clinical and administrative abilities. Through a comprehensive program that includes enhanced communication, mentorship, instruction and rewards, faculty members are able to meet and further their career goals in support of the UASOM. The academic milieu promotes faculty vitality, productivity and collegiality.
