2. 1.Pull off the front panel.

3. 2.Remove the battery retaining plate. 3.Remove the plastic plate.

4. 4.Disconnect the red wire connecting the battery pack to the UPS. 5. Slowly pull out the battery pack. 6.Disconnect the black wire connecting the battery pack to the UPS. Then remove the short black wire between the batteries.

5. 7. Install the new batteries by carefully following the above inter- connection drawing. However, don’t connect the red wire yet.

6. 8.Push the new battery pack into place. 9.Connect the red wire connecting the battery to the UPS. 10.Put back the plastic plate.

7. 11.Put back the battery retaining plate. 12.Put back the front panel.
