6. 6 ISO 14031; Introduction, item 4: Data and information generated by EPE can be used by an organization to implement other management tools and techniques in a coherent, transparent and cost effective way, for example standards in the ISO 14000 series such as: Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Environmental Declarations (ISO 14025), Environmental Labelling (ISO 14024) and Life Cyle Assessment (ISO 14040, 14044)..... ISO 14031 may also be used independently.
