The blue colours toward the radar and the red colours away from the radar are characteristic of Doppler data. There is no signature related to either precipitation intensity (conventional radar) or precipitation phase or shape (dual polarized radar). Radial velocity of the precipitation hydrometeor is the only data displayed. You are correct! Congratulations

Try again and think of the radial motion of precipitation as measured a the radar. Hint!
