Goal/Purpose Students will use this application to gain knowledge about illnesses, identify ways of improving and maintaining health, track healthy/unhealthy life decisions, and aide in the process of developing healthy eating habits. It will also develop a basic understanding of: Goal setting Researching credible info Avoiding risky behaviors Self assessing
