2 About Mrs. Harmon Grew up in NM Bachelors in Education from UNM Masters in Counseling 12 th year of teaching 3 wonderful kids (Jonathan - K, Emily – 3 rd, Olivia – 11th) and an amazing husband/family.

8 Supporting Your Child Consistent Expectations and Routines –Students will not be able to call home if they forget work at home. –Sign your child’s behavior chart daily. Building Study Skills –Read at home! –Practice Math facts (addition and subtraction within to 20) Homework –The purpose of hw is practice, review, and to build study skills, independence, and responsibility. –Having difficulties? Let me know! If it’s taking more than 20 minutes of focused work, stop. Then send me a note or email to let me know. –Assigned on Monday, due on Friday.

10 Volunteers Art Masterpiece Jr. Achievement Room Parent(s): Send out memos, create class directory, plan parties Field Trips (dates and locations TDB, chaperone raffle) Mystery Readers: 1 per month (August-April, through SignUp Genius) Take Home projects *Volunteer forms must be completed and on file before volunteering.
