If no expert is available at MV, get a volunteer to act as facilitator for the area.

12. Where do we begin?  Subcommittee leaders assemble teams of involved administrators, faculty, staff, and students during January and early February. Community Leaders where appropriate.  Try to discuss possible action plans for the Short Term Priorities.  Be prepared to report back in bullet list format at the MV discussion group on Friday, Feb. 18 th from 1-3 pm in Hum 129.
