2 Date: March 12, 2013 These are things I think I do well. 1. Spelling. 2. Keeping my desk neat. 3. Completing assignments. I am most proud of how neat my desk is and being able to help other people clean their desk.

4  I feel the best about myself in class when I can help someone and I’m really helpful.  I have the most fun in this class when we have a choice of what to do.  I feel proud of myself in this class when I get a question correct.  The best thing I contribute to this class is my enthusiasm and humor.

5 I use time wisely usually. I follow directions usually. I complete assignments on time always. I get my planner signed every week always. My papers are neat always. I work quietly usually. My desk is organized always. I work well in groups usually. I put a lot of effort in my work always. I participate in class discussions usually.

6  Things that I have learned 1. How to divide decimals. 2. How to convert graph data. 3. How to make graphs.  Things I have to work on 1. Converting fractions to percents. 2. Making realistic bar graph stories. 3. Doing more work than is required.

7  I feel content when I work in math class because we have so much work to complete I can’t feel anything else.  Outside of school, I use math when someone asks me a question, or when I do homework.

8  Things that I have learned 1. A narrative is about science with a fiction story. 2. About non-fiction types. 3. Text Features.  Things that I have to work on 1. Logging in my reading logs. 2. Writing letters. 3. Remembering to get a new log.

9  What kind of books do you like to read? Realistic Fiction.  How do you choose something to read? Recommendations, authors, and interest.  What can you do to become a better reader? Do more sticky notes, and understand the story before I go on.

10  I think my writing is improving because I understand the writing process better now.  I am really proud of my stories and short passages.

11  I feel imaginative when I work in writer’s workshop because of the stories I write.  I use writing in my everyday life when I write letters, and e-mails. And to make lists.

12  My favorite thing about Social Studies this year was the Service Project because we were free to do it on our own.  I learned the following information 1. About the Respiratory System. 2. Geographic terms. 3. Physical Features.

13  My favorite thing about Science this year was our experiments.  I learned the following information  1. I learned what a solution was.  2. I learned what a mixture was.  3. I learned what saturation was.
