Step 6: Brief Staff on what to expect -Meet with Department/Division Heads to explain what EMS entails -Describe Roles: SECO, EMS Coordinator, Facility Manager, etc. -Provide Forms to appropriate staff (Process Holders), who will Identify the Processes performed at your facility. -You will not be doing this on your own.
