2  Consider all the changes that have taken place in your life time  Some conclude that the scriptures are outdated and not relevant to modern man's needs  One asked, Why should the church today desire to be like the one in the 1 st century?  What are man's needs?

3  Romans 1:22, 23  Bible tells of nature of God  Bible tells of love, mercy and grace of God

4  From sin  Sin exists: Drunkenness; murder, all forms of immorality  Man cannot cleanse man of the guilt of sin  Can not undo the fact we have sinned  Bible tells how cleansing accomplished  1 John 1:7

5  Jeremiah 10:23  Young and old are looking for answers  From where did I come?  Why am I here?  Where am I going?  Only the Bible has them  Psalm 119:104, 105

6  Bible reveals greatest love  John 3:16  1 John 3:1  1 John 4:7-10

7  Riches; long life; wisdom all fail  Ecclesiastes 1:14  Ecclesiastes 1:3  Ecclesiastes 12:11, 13

8 What Must I Do To Be Saved?  Hear the gospel (Romans 10:17)  Believe Jesus is Christ (Acts 8:37)  Repent of your sins (Acts 17:30)  Confess your faith (Matthew 10:32)  Baptized for remission of sins (Acts 2:38)  Faithful unto death (Revelation 2:10)
