Mae’n golygu bod eich teuluoedd, a chi’ch hun, yn cael gofal yn eu dewis iaith...wedi’r cyfan mae’n debyg y bydd pob un ohonom rywbryd angen gofal, pe bai’n clinig neu ysbyty! Dim dioddef ychwanegol...a hynny mewn iaith dieithr! (Egwyddorion gwasanaeth – Canllaw 4) What does providing a service in the patient’s/user’s language mean? Total care. You are sincere about providing total care to your users. Sensitivity to the needs of patients. It means that your families, and yourselves, receive care in their choice of language...after all we are all likely at some stage to need care, whether in a clinic or hospital! No need to suffer further worry... in a strange language! (Service principles – Guideline 4)
