Tarpaulin) or radio communication (if possible free advertisement in Radio Stations 2.Availability of stalls to market the products in Vigan City. 3.Maintain long standing clients. 4.Consultation on Marketing Strategies. 5.Participate other trade fairs other than Vigan City. 7.Create and innovate other designs (mat, fan, wallet,lamp shade, ornaments, chairs etc.. 8.Improve name tag to represent the makers of the Waterlily products. 9.Barangay should provide financial assistance for a continuous flow of production of the products. 10. Maintain contact information ( for new orders). 11.Maintain records and documents. 12.Strengthen linkages especially on outside Municipality/City where waterlily is abundant to make raw materials available other than Taguig, maximize the coverage of environment protection etc. 13. Discourage crab mentality but maintain professionalism within the organization. 14. Acknowledged the expertise of one from another “ Walang Inggitan”. 15.Innovate small stalks of waterlily so that it could served the purposes of the project/program. Small stalks according to members are useful despite its size “ ok met.” 16.Take initiative in the continuous flow of the project/ program especially in the availability of raw materials. Don’t wait for any signal from the City government. 17.Encourage team effort, besides it was created as an organization to work and earn together. 18.
