2 CUSTOMER USER ACCEPTANCE TEST (CUAT) STATUS PP12/2011 Scheduled Release –Testing conducted from May 16, 2011 – June 10, 2011 Agencies from 5 departments participated 19 projects successfully tested and implemented in production Key milestones: Post test survey results: o Testers generally felt that the testing went well and were satisfied with the experience o Scheduled meetings and supporting documents provided were helpful o Some testers reported the need for more communication and coordination from their agency POC o Implemented changes met customer expectations 2 DatesEvents April 26, 2011Kickoff Meeting May 16, 2011Commencement Meeting May 16 - 27, 2011Scheduled Testing Period May 31 - June 10, 2011Extended Testing Period June 8, 2011Go/No Go Meeting June 13, 2011Surveys and Final Approval Sign Offs Due June 13 - 24, 2011Projects Migrated to Production June 16, 2011Lessons Learned Meeting June 23, 2011Final Test Report Disbursed July 18, 2011Post-Implementation Survey Disbursed

3 CUSTOMER USER ACCEPTANCE TEST (CUAT) STATUS -PP12/2011 Scheduled Release Improvements 3 AreasImprovements Preparation Began test preparations earlier in the process Provided test strategies for the Payroll Personnel Systems (PPS) projects Addressed environment and security access issues prior to testing Testing Reported issues/defects were identified, shared with testers, and resolved in a timelier manner Testers submitted additional test data during the test period Testers were able to load history in EPIC Web Communications Scheduled teleconferences were more productive by focusing on test results Provided daily updates of the job stream, issues/defects, action items and test results at the start of the business day Clear and concise reports were generated to capture and communicate to testers PPS issues and EmpowHR defects The PPS Release Notes were updated to identify projects that were available to test

4 CUSTOMER USER ACCEPTANCE TEST (CUAT) STATUS PP20/2011 Scheduled Release –Scheduled test period September 6 – 16, 2011 –Addressing lessons learned from PP12 CUAT –Enhancing UAT Environment Improving the Payroll Personnel User Acceptance Data Entry System (PUDS) to allow testers to load SSNs via a spreadsheet Availability of STAR Web and Web T&A / Agriculture Separate instance of Table Management On-going Initiatives –Identifying test requirements for all NFC systems PP18/ 2011 –W2 Testing Spring 2012 –Employee Personal Page (EPP) –Reporting Center Continue to assess other systems and test requirements – Process improvement to gain efficiencies 4
