Many celebrities have been accused of gaining a competitive edge through dishonest means. While cheating has mainly been publicly condemned, there are many that feel there are times when cheating can actually be a way of making things better. They believe there is nothing wrong with making yourself a better athlete, entertainer, or politician if what you have done makes the event more entertaining, or assists the greater good. Do you feel that there are times when cheating is acceptable, or is cheating never justified? In a detailed essay, articulate your position on whether cheating is always wrong. Use facts and examples to support your position. I will monitor you guys as you write. Collaborative Station: Friday, June 1 Cheaters Gallery In honor of today’s assignment, you and your group members will be asked to make a collage of famous cheaters. They can be from the sports world, entertainment, or real life. Step 1: Search for your Cheater Perform a quick Google search for a cheater in sports, politics, in the business world, or entertainment. Here is a short list of examples: -Tiger Woods-Ashton Kutcher --Ben Johnson-Tonya Harding -Rosie Ruiz-Maradona -Floyd Landis-John Edwards Step 2: Picture Grab and Report of incident Summarize what your cheater did and what the consequences were for their actions.
