5 5 Who are the publication members? In 1971  started by three publishers who were concerned with the deterioration of delivery of their weekly publications. In 2006  64 publications  20 million readers served  830 million pieces of periodicals class mail  Renewal forms and invoices account for another 100+ million pieces of first class and standard mail each year
