5 What we have done (1) Data collection of the 2002 UN Questionnaire on the State of P.A. in Euro-Mediterranean region (beneficiaries and partners) Elaboration of data sheets on five focal points of the P.A. reform: Decentralization New Public Management Relationships with the private sector Relationships with citizens Simplification and Transparency On the basis of this elaboration we highlighted each country’s administrative needs for the implementation of A.R. Sharing of Best Practices and Innovation in Governance and Public Administration in the Euro- Mediterranean Region

6 What we have done (2) Preparation of national case studies reports on administrative reform in the Mediterranean countries. These reports provided the basis for a comparative analysis, producing 10 priorities and challenges: 1.Administrative reform (level of innovation) 2.Relationship Politics – administration (balance) 3.Relationship Centre – local administration (decentralization) 4.Relationship with citizens (level of relevance) Sharing of Best Practices and Innovation in Governance and Public Administration in the Euro- Mediterranean Region

10 What we have done (5) Second level Master on administrative cooperation for young Euro-Mediterranean graduates - in partnership with Campania Regional Government. This activity includes: 1.Research on P.A. and welfare in Med region countries 2.Research on P.A. and enterprises in Med region countries 3.
