5 Dying Matters: You Only Die Once This year Dying Matters Awareness week will take place 12 th -18 th May. This year’s theme is “You only die once”. There will be an event run by Islington CCG. Date: Weds 18 th May 2015 Time: 10am-4pm Venue: Islington Assembly Hall, Upper Street, London, N1 2UD The event will include workshops covering topics such as will writing, advice about affordable funerals and and support for people with long term conditons. There will also be information stalls from local service providers. FREE complementary therapy taster sessions FREE lunch & refreshments Everyone welcome to attend this FREE event!
