2 11/19/2015Office of Accountability2 Local Final Exams It is up to the teacher to decide how the final local exam calculates into students’ final grades. The options are: A.The final exam is calculated as 25% of the final grade. B.The final exam is calculated into the sixth marking period (or third marking period for semester classes) grade. C.The final exam is not calculated in any grade. Please note the following: Regents exam scores are NOT to be weighed in any final grade or any marking period grade. The decision on how to weigh the final exam is a class by class decision it is NOT a student by student decision. The choice applies to all students on the class roster.
