Activities and applied methods TRANSNATIONAL ACTIVITIES: coordination, establishment of common methods, mutual support among all the PPs SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES: peculiar to each of the PPs within each envisaged WP PILOT AREAS: each PP has choosen a pilot area for each of the concerned WPs in order to develop a model suitable for the application to a wider Alpine Space area

The territory and its agricultural productions Richness and diversity of the Alpine Space cultural heritage strongly influence the related agri-food products Increasing attention of the consumers to food quality and salubrity The agri-food products represent an effective veichle for the dissemination of the knowledge regarding traditions, culture, history and rural activities of the Alpine Space Alpine Space healthy and wholesome image meets the expectactions of the public

10. Promotion of the products: the project approach PARTNERSHIP: organized specific transnational activities such as the participation to international fairs dealing with the promotion of the Alpine Space products (e.g. Expo dei Sapori 2004, Ein Prosit in Tarvis, 2005) SINGLE PPs SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES: recovery of traditional recipies or traditional products (e.g. Anterivo Coffee, Formai dal Cit) SINGLE PPs: selected products within their respective pilot area and, organized seminars and workshops, partecipated to local exhibitions, fairs and events, carried out taste lab with students, organized thematic and guided events, devoted to the promotion of the territories and their products
