2 Heuchera Coral Bells 8”-12” Extremely cold hardy perennial Prefers moist but well drained soils Loved by hummingbirds but left alone by deer Variety of blossom sizes, shapes, colors and foliage styles Valued as foliage plants, producing rosettes of leaves in shade of green, pink, bronze and purple Flowers are long racemes in white, pink, green or red in summer Part shade

3 Aspidistra elatior Cast Iron plant 24”-3-” tall Grows from a rhizome Leaves arise directly from the ground Leaf has a long petiole Flowers quite rare, flowers poke out of the ground and stay at soil level pollinated by slugs and snails out in their natural habitat! It's normal to only get one at a time Only mature plants produce flowers. Leaves are used often in floral arrangements Can be an indoor plant Shade, does not like full sun
