10  First piloted in the northwest area (Feb 2010)  Delivery of Carts and start of services  August 1, 2012 - AutoBin areas  Six-week program to remove 5,400 AutoBins  Approximately 24,000 residential families in the northwest area  Issues with overflowing AutoBins and illegal dumping  October 1, 2012  Remaining 165, 000 residential properties converted  Southeast and Northeast area of the city NEW COLLECTION SYSTEM
