Reassure students that only they and you will see the folders. On the left side of the folder staple Progress Monitoring Sheet and on the right side staple in the academic and health/wellness goal sheet. Students will also keep other data in this folder. Quickly review these with students. (Rest of the time). SSS Lesson Two
