SSD’13 Organization The tenth edition of the International Multi-Conference on Systems, Signals & Devices will be co-organized by the University of Sfax, Chemnitz University of Technology, Zwickau University of Applied Sciences and Philadelphia University. SSD’13 will be held on March 18 th through 21 st in Hammamet the first tourist destination in Tunisia owing to its irresistible beaches and warm temperature. These sources use power electronics converters as an interface with the aim of improving the system controllability, reliability, size and efficiency among other performances. We propose a special session that is aimed at providing a multidisciplinary insight into the problems of energy processing through power electronic circuits. We seek to make this session beneficial across the different disciplinary boundaries. Aims and Scopes: 1- Stability analysis techniques of switching converters with applications to renewable energy interfaces; 2. MPPT techniques in PV energy systems and grid connected inverters; 3. Control methods of switching converters for PV applications; 4- Modeling of electrical machines in wind generation systems; 5- Switching converters for fuell cells applications; 6. Modeling and simulation of renewable energy system interfaces; Paper Submission:. Papers submitted to SSD’13 should be written in English and limited to six pages.
