9  WISE Ability is a UK based charity currently delivering Flexible New Deal as a sub-contractor to Remploy, Work Programme to Serco and Work Choice to Shaw Trust in South Yorkshire.  WISE Ability was founded by WISE Employment, one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit employment services in 2008.  Jointly own a special purpose vehicle in partnership with CDG which delivers a Work Choice Prime Contract in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

10  WISE Employment is a not-for- profit organisation which has been guiding and inspiring people of all abilities in their search for work since 1992.  WISE Employment provides specialist employment services with 25 branches across the states of Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.  It is one of the leading specialist employment services in Australia, providing assistance to over 20,000 customers a year under the Australian Disability Employment Services and Job Services Australia.

11  WISE Employment also operates three social enterprises that provide employment for highly disadvantaged people in Australia.  They contribute to the community by using its surplus to invest in initiatives that support the most marginalised members of the community.  Supported the development of WISE Ability in order to meet the challenge of internationalisation within the welfare to work industry recognise differences in between the UK and Australia but maintaining mutual values and vision.
