There are several ways to order on-line registration form numbers 1.Ring the office during office hours and you can pay over the phone with a credit card 2.Use the new order form and send it in with a cheque or your credit card details 3.Fax in the order form with your credit card details If you order by phone, fax or e-mail with a credit card we will try to issue the forms immediately. We are planning to set up an on-line shop so that you can purchase forms without intervention from the office

6. 2. Click here to search for eligible pigs 3. If you only select the breed you may get a lot of pigs to choose from

7. 1. Select which breeds you want to register 2. Enter the litter reference (birth notification form number) 3. You will only get pigs from that litter

8. 1. Select which breeds you want to register 2. Enter the unique birth number (from the monthly report) 3. You will only get that individual pig

9. 1. Select which breeds you want to register 2. Enter the ear number 3. You will only get that individual pig

10. 1. Tick this box if you are registering the pig for your own use 2. Tick both boxes if you have sold the pig 3. If you think the buyer is already a BPA member click here N. B. You can only transfer to one buyer at a time

11. You can then search for members by name, prefix, HDL or county

12. If you enter a very common name you may get a lot of choices

13. You must enter a minimum of three letters or you will get this error message

14. When you have found the right member click on the name

15. 1. Check to make sure you have the right pigs and the right person especially if you chose from a long list 2 Click here to send your registrations to BPA for processing. You will receive an e-mail confirmation to your registered e-mail address

16. If you are sure the buyer is NOT a member click here to enter their details N.B. If in doubt try a member search first. Using this screen for a member may result in delays

17. 1.Enter the name, address, post code and phone number 2. Click here to enter these details

18. 1. Make sure that the details are correct 2. Submit the registrations and transfers for processing

19. When you have submitted the registrations the number of birth notified pigs available will chance N. B. The number of registered pigs does not change until they have been processed by the BPA
