3.  This will be my third year at Sossaman Middle School and my fifth year teaching middle school science.  Previously, I worked with animals as a dolphin trainer and a zoo educator.  I have been married for four years and I have two beautiful children – Katharine (2 years) and Christopher (3 months)  My teaching philosophy:  It is my daily goal to inspire students to explore and become stewards of the natural world.
