7 www.dvv-international.de Content and structure of proposal to BMZ: Logframe Aim: adult education contributes to poverty reduction Project aim: strengthening the structure of adult education institutions: concepts, provision, institutions Expected results: -Adult education provision is improved and adult educators trained -Partners and networks in the region and in countries are strengthened -Policy dialogue and lobby on local, national, regional and international levels lead to stronger recognition of adult education in policies and budgets
