MOOG Box Content MOOG offers the components separately. In case of assemblies (e.g. wishbone-ball joint) the parts are already pre-mounted MOOG also offers a range of repair kits to ease the life of installers and distributors These kits include: Ball Joints, Link Stabilizers, Bushings All Hardware needed for the repair Removal / Installation instructions with torque values There are kits available for 16 popular vehicles including: Golf IV, Citroën C4, Opel Astra, Peugeot 307, Audi A3, Audi A4/A6, VW Passat Benefits of using a Moog Repair Kit Distributors: Less parts to stock / no risk of missing one part to complete the installation Easier to supply all parts to the installers Installers: Find and order 1 part instead of multiple units Helps the installer improve turnover Increases safety for the driver – all worn parts are replaced at once Improves vehicle steering / suspension performance Decreases potential vehicle down-time: the driver comes in for one repair instead of several Decreases repair costs for driver Data Classification: Internal

20 Wheel End Bearings

21 Purpose Wheel End Bearings allow rotation of the wheels while supporting the weight of the vehicle. A WEB enables the wheel hub to rotate on the spindle or turn with an axle shaft, depending on the application. These bearings further enhance the Moog brand as being a complete provider of steering and suspension products These parts are included in the new MOOG LV catalogue – they have easily been incorporated into the existing catalogue format as the bearing was already shown within the schematic technical drawing Data Classification: Internal
