3. + Year 1 Findings – Access to Care The initial year of the 2007 – 2010 Delta States Rural Development Network Program (DSRDNP) showed significant activity across the eight state, 224 county or parish region. Twelve grantees developed or implemented programs addressing ORHP Delta priorities for many communities in the region.
